Nearly identical in concept to another famous brand, the KORE gun belt is executed better, and since it’s also nearly identical in price, it represents a significantly better value.  Specifically, the KORE product resists delamination better than the competitor’s version in daily donning and doffing of our EDC piece, lasting more than twice as long in our observation.

We have also come to really appreciate the discreet, easy means by which this belt is adjusted.  After a big meal, say, it’s a piece of cake (yeah…pun intended) to let out a couple of clicks for an additional 1/2″ of length and improved comfort.  Or later in the day, if we don’t hydrate well, cinching the belt a couple of clicks is…well, a cinch!  No need to lift your shirt and peel away a long, loud flap of velcro as if to announce that you’re carrying.  Just free the pawl with one hand, and manage the click strip embedded in the belt with the other.  You can do this right through your shirt so your concealed carry effort stays concealed.
